D e v e l o p i n g We submit a candidate specification and highlight relevant sources of suitable candidates. We prepare advertising copy and media recommendations for approval, and manage copy placement in the selected media. We agree a fixed timetable which includes future meeting and interview dates. I d e n t i f y i n g Responses to an advertisement are sifted, and acknowledged. We discuss responses and potential candidates from the search with the client, and agree our long list of potential candidates. We interview and evaluate potential candidates against the agreed criteria. We select the best candidates for presentation to the client. We administer tactfully the handling of rejections. |
We maintain close involvement with the preferred candidate to resolve any of his/her reservations, to foster commitment and to achieve a satisfactory conclusion. To ensure the successful resolution of any contentious issue, we assist with the negotiation of mutually acceptable terms prior to these being presented as a formal written offer. We undertake formal reference checks after the offer has been made, subsequently maintaining contact with both client and candidate to ensure that the appointment is successful. |
